Need Help Finding a Home for my Mothers Cats

My mother recently passed and she has two cats and one of which was her baby is very adoptable. I’ve reached out to about about a million shelters, all around the Houston area. I’ve even been reaching out to shelters of north to see if they work with any shelters in the Houston for transporting animals to their shelters up north.
