Then, not to be gross my nose started running like a faucet, my throat got sore, and I had a headache for the rest of the day. Nose running, sore throat and headache. Edit: no rash/swelling anything like that, just two perfect puncture wounds one next to the other perfectly in line. What is biting me in my sleep??

Lick granuloma is a serious skin problem in dogs and occurs when dogs continuously lick a certain area, which then becomes inflamed and sore. This usually creates open wounds which increases the chances of infection. It tends to be most common on the legs; however any area can be affected. Hot spots can also lead to lick granuloma.
