This whole mess reminds me of other similar situations.Kosovo, Bosnia, Rwanda. Tags: virunga congo gorillas. Clearly, I haven't been following this as I should have been. Right now, I am frustrated with the EU and the UN. There is a crisis and the UN and the EU do the proverbial "fiddling while Rome burns."
