Of course, the Sierra Nevada is a huge mountain range, and there are countless other places to bird besides Yosemite. McDonald Road, south end of the Salton Sea, CA. I’m lumping the eastern side of the Sierras in this section, which includes places like Mono Lake , Crowley Lake, the White Mountains and many other great spots.
