Change in Law. I wish for a federal law prohibiting domestic and feral cats from roaming free outdoors. The area has a law in place to prevent attracting deer, you can have a bird feeder, but you can’t offer food on the ground. Granted, the law is written poorly, but the man was given several warnings and insisted on feeding birds on the ground and attracted huge flocks of ducks and no doubt raccoons at night.

According to this Associated Press story, if you are wearing a Sean John jacket with fur trim purchased from Macy's, that trim might have come from a dog indigenous to Asia known as a "raccoon dog." But when HSUS purchased several of these jackets, the jackets arrived bearing the labels "Made in China" and "genuine raccoon fur."
