After Dog Whisperer, Philly Undercover, the new six-part series in which the PSPCA’s undercover police team works to eliminate dogfighting and protect all animals from abuse and neglect, premieres. Undercover PSPCA cops are on a rescue mission after busting up an illegal dogfight and arresting 14 suspected fighters.

Veterinarians are now required to report any instances of abuse or neglect. And a new section of the act makes it illegal to cause an animal distress, train an animal to fight, or have structures or equipment used in animal fights.
