I adore turtles, and am happy to know that SeaWorld Orlando saved these hatchlings from Hurricane Bill. Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC). Loggerheads are listed as threatened by the U.

We have a real love of turtles, so it is always great to hear of people helping care for them. Recently the SeaWorld Orlando animal rescue team received two hawksbill turtle hatchlings that were about two months old. This turtle was covered with algae and fauna, as seen in the photo.

We were looking for turtle tracks, but my eyes were drawn to the dozens and dozens of birds feeding and resting as the sun brightened the sky. Looking for turtle tracks (but also birds and shells). Allen’s turtle transect was 2.5 No, we didn’t find any new turtle tracks, but we did record 18 bird species.
