These guys are all different species and genders, tho despite that, they still coexist with one another without killing each other somehow. Anyways, here are all their names and genders.

This is also a hard question to address because most data on animal size distribution does not compare across classes of animals, and/or focuses on groups that would not be helpful. Or, we might expect to see them all be diurnal or nocturnal (as groups) but differentiate in body size.

This Wedge-tailed Eagle was sitting along side one of the roads, eyeing a small road killed Kangaroo. Sure enough, and group of 8 camels was not to far off the road, about 35 kilometers from Yulara. This Pied Butcherbird was right at the base to Ayres Rock. A common site at almost every treed location was the White-plumed Honeyeater.

Near the town of Mareeba in the centre of the Tablelands, I didn’t visit it for birds, but instead to see a representative of that most Australian of animals, the kangaroo. Like the rest of the group it has a tiny world distribution, patchily occurring in the Atherton Tableland and up to the Daintree. Female front, male behind.
