Briefly: Zoning board in Buffalo unanimously approved plans for a slaughterhouse (as in, a place where chickens, goats, lambs and calves will be killed and chopped up). The inaugural winner would be John Carbonaro, who found an article called " Slaughterhouse in Buffalo Wins Zoning Approval."

Lambs, goats, birds were sacrificed at home, at temples and on altars themselves. When Jesus died on the cross, He didn't just save us humans—He died for the animals, too. Prior to Jesus' death on the cross, animal sacrifices were a common and vital part of every family's worship experience. The animals took the place of humans.
