When you throw the feral Cat in there, not only do they push out the indigenous wild carnivores, but they are hunting animals that are not quite adapted to avoiding them as well as they may be to avoiding other animals. Free-ranging domestic cats have been introduced globally and have contributed to multiple wildlife extinctions on islands.
