Sri Lanka is a ‘must visit country’ for any keen birder. Yala National Park is brimming with wildlife and there are good chances of seeing Leopard , Sloth Bear and Asian Elephant , while it is also excellent for dry-zone birds, while the nearby Bundala coastal marshes and Palatupana ponds are good spots for shorebirds.
