Drones: The Next Thing Birders Will Be Arguing About

Amazon had a brilliant press release on Cyber Monday 2013 about using drones as a possible delivery service for their products in the near future. It included a video that a production company took with a drone in our park’s corridor. Then an email went around my park from my fellow ranger Gordon that caught my attention.

Labor Day & Hummingbird Feeders

An Osprey Nest and The Migratory Bird Treaty Act

A letter requesting information on the permit issued to remove the nest got this response from the city, “In reference to your request for documentation for the removal of an active Osprey nest from the light pole at the soccer field, please be advised that none exist.
