Birders have different definitions of stringers; a stringer can be either someone who completely fabricates a bird sighting, or someone (for our purposes today, not a rank beginner) who chronically misidentifies common birds, claiming they are something rare or unusual. After you have collected their mistakes, dissect them.

Many are familiar with dissecting owl pellets, but several birds will caste a pellet including hawks, eagles, gulls, herons and heck, I once witnessed a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher hack up a small one. It’s not fecal material, but parts that are not digestible like fur, bones and the exoskeletons of insects.

There have been inquiries as to the possible relationship between his dissection of cats in school and the 19 counts of cruelty he is being charged with. Weinman had participated in cat dissection in school, and that is being discussed as a possible trigger for his behavior. There's sadism there, and that's not good.
