From the American Bird Conservancy : The mayor of Albuquerque and the director of the city’s animal welfare department have been named in a lawsuit alleging that the officials have committed animal cruelty by allowing certain illegal and improper animal management practices to occur related to abandonment of stray cats.

It’s gotten to a point where it’s a constant buzz that keeps reminding me of my cruelties howsoever trivial they were. And once the deed is done you start repenting your vile act. The town has become so overrun with dogs, that the government began offering a tax exemption of $17 per stray that was offered for euthanasia. The solution? Sarcasm there of course.
