Dear Outdoor Cat Owners/Feral Cat Supporters, Does the photo above sicken you? I’m allergic to cats, but in my lifetime I’ve rescued five of them. The last one, who took up residence under my house on a frigid January afternoon, is now a friend’s happy, healthy indoor cat. Is it the fault of the cats?

My cat caught a mouse and injured it pretty bad, I've made the decision to rehabilitate it back to health as best I can before releasing it again, is this a good idea? Considering its been wounded, should I try cleaning its wounds with soapy water? Are these suitable foods for a mouse?

Even if you do not see an obvious wound, cat or dog saliva, which is full of nasty bacteria, can still get into a bird’s eyes/orifices and will eventually kill the bird; it will just die more slowly and painfully. One could only imagine how much pain the cat experienced while getting over the fire! The cat was sent to the intensive care immediately and placed in an oxygen chamber.

We waited with baited breath wondering what would emerge from the obstructing grass and after 3 minutes or so, a very proud young Leopard appeared with a massive and freshly dead African Wild Cat in her jaws. The Wild Cat was such a large individual that the Leopard actually struggled to walk normally whilst dragging it along.
