The male looks much more interesting, but that does not help this blog post much. I still do not like monkeys very much. According to the HBW, this species is relatively rare and may be upgraded (or is it downgraded?) from its current “least concern” status. The White-collared Yuhina is easier to identify. So undignified.

If we assume (probably incorrectly) that of apes and monkeys, they all descended from a monkey like ancestor, than apes are monkeys. In other words, the group of mammals that includes all the monkeys, which is rather large (and not accurately defined because I’ve not said what a “monkey” is … am I including lemurs?)

Remember that awful experiment where baby monkeys were deprived of all parent/sibling contact, and became fearful and phobic? A raptor raised as a pet can never be released – imagine a hungry bird of prey trying to land on an unsuspecting person, hoping to be fed. Wild birds cannot be raised alone.

In case you find this blog a bit short, don’t blame me: my tiny bottle of WHE is already empty. also the crime rate lower than in developed countries, stable politics, reasonable prices and landscapes as green as can be.
