Do you think animals that can recognize themselves in the mirror would be able to recognize a drawing of themselves too?

I saw a video of an ape reacting to someone drawing a smiling stickman. That made me wonder if the ape recognized that this was supposed to be a man smiling. Then I wondered if Apes or other animals like that can recognize what drawings represent, and maybe even if they could recognize a drawing of themselves?

"funhouse mirror" test?

I know that there are several species of animals that pass the "mirror test", i.e. they recognize themselves in mirrors (dolphins, apes, corvids.). Has there been any tests using "funhouse" style mirrors that distort the image? Would a chimpanzee look in a wobbly mirror and be able to identify themselves?
