Even when her organization got involved in the high-profile animal abuse case of NFL quarterback Michael Vick, she had never seen such a vitriolic reaction. Now this is just juvenile.

An eastern Missouri woman is sentenced to 12 year in prison for neglecting her dogs. Authorities said the animals were infested with fleas and lacked adequate food and water.
