Hospice Tails is a series of true stories about my experiences with pets and patients as a hospice social worker. He was always immaculately groomed with an AKC show cut. I felt so sorry for the poor thing—we had to call our vet out to sedate him—so I decided to take him home as a foster. Fizzle didn’t bark.
