Settlement Forces Animal Research Facilities to Disclose More

I worry it won't pass the DC district court for some wacky reason. The two parties settled in a lawsuit filed by the advocacy group four years ago after the group were unable to obtain information they requested. This would be awesome. Now, I know it doesn't solve everything, but it's another chink in the armor. From the LA Times.
