New Research Shows Crabs Feel Pain
If you've ever wondered why I have a clinical view of the meat industry, it's because I worked for three years in the accounting department of a very large shrimp importer that also sold finfish, shellfish and value-added products (ie. I was afraid of this. frozen seafoods with sauces, etc.) It happens on the sea too.

Are Farm Animals Usually Killed in a Humane Manner?
The meat industry will say yes, of course, all animals are treated and killed humanely. For some people, it is inhumane to eat meat in any situation, no matter how well the animal is treated prior to and during slaughter. Animals are raw materials to process for product. This is mass production. Here is my opinion.
