There is an association of wildlife photographers down here, much maligned among my Mexican birder friends for a variety of reasons, which has proposed a rule that governs which photos they will accept: No wildlife photography should contain any human elements. At any rate, this encounter was certainly worth sharing.

I have a concern about a wildlife sanctuary.

Long story short, I know someone interning at a wildlife sanctuary. Basically the locals started feeding dangerous wildlife causing them to come dependent on the food. The sanctuary now claims because of this dependency, they need to be fed by humans because stopping would cause the wildlife to go into local towns.
