On Wipeout and Lion Burgers
At minute #9 for me last night was a young woman going through one of the obstacle courses and getting pummeled, just like everyone else. mean, I eat chicken and fish.". On Honoring Living "Things"
The big change, of course, was my realizing that I didn't feel any remorse for having to eat animals and plants to live. The same is true for cows, pigs, fishes, turkeys, chickens, buffaloes, sheeps, goats, and many other nonhuman animals whom we call "food." This isn't about what we should eat. That's a matter of personal conscience.

“You Want Farm Animals to Go Extinct!”
Those that couldn’t - like “broiler chickens - would only find it difficult because of human intervention in their breeding. Chickens who are bred for meat grow so large so quickly that even with the best of care, they do not live long. My sister lives in Tampa, FL and she sees wild chickens all the time.

On The Respectful Emperor
Of course, what they are talking about and how they are changing their behavior is very frustrating for someone who doesn't believe we should be using animals at all. Yesterday I saw what could be the next such attempt in The Atlantic's " Last Clucks: The Death of a Chicken ," by Sara Lipka. He had indeed just murdered a chicken.

Animal Advocates' Successes Have Factory Farmers Running Scared
For example, "free roaming chickens" conjures up images of happy chickens running free and unfettered all about the barnyard, when in fact the label "free roaming chickens" just means chickens that were not raised in battery cages. The full text of the amendment is available here. 503 ) was approved in the U.S.

The (Re)Veganizing of the Greyhounds
I have fed Charles Hobson Booger, III and Violet Rays every type of diet from raw (as in, turkey necks and chicken backs) to pre-made raw (comes in patties with greens and bones and supplements in it), to homemade vegan to Evolution to pre-made vegan ingredients to a combo. Despite Violet's diabetes, she was never the problem.

From Today's New York Times
Feeding grain to chickens, pigs and cows is even more inefficient, with 70 percent of grain grown in the United States going to animals raised for food. Besides depleting the ocean’s supply of fish for those animals normally feeding on them, the factory farming of cattle, pigs and chickens uses excessive water and pollutes our land.

Sowing the Seeds of Veganism
Parlay greyhounds aren't for entertainment to they're not for eating to chickens aren't for eating either (this one takes a couple of minutes + a willing receiver). Of course, there's the pure breed discussion as well as the breeding of dogs, in general, discussion (most frequent after the racing discussion for me). shoveling poop.

On Why I Pick on The Left . . . and Cookies
think that it's odd, for instance, that someone so ensconced in human rights does not notice the parallel when she grabs her grilled chicken caesar salad for lunch. As for cookies, well, I am at the end of week one of gluten-reduced week, and my two favorite parts were, of course, desserts. And I think they should be. Have a great day!

On Vegan Devastation at PF Chang's
One manager told PETA Eats that most people prefer the vegetarian lettuce wraps over those with chicken. Everything else has chicken stock, oyster sauce or non-vegan sugar. Now, of course, we have confirmed Cristy's fears--that she will likely be eating animals and not know it. Vegan dishes are among the bestsellers. S: No.
